The company works with Banks, NBFCs, Insurance Companies, Corporate Organizations and Financial Institutions across India.
Key Responsibilities
• Processing verification cases received from clients.
• Data entry and updating records in company software.
• Preparing and maintaining verification reports.
• Coordinating with field investigators across India.
• Telephonic verification and follow-up with applicants, employers and references.
• Reviewing documents and maintaining case files.
• Managing MIS reports and daily operational reports.
• Ensuring accuracy and timely closure of verification cases.
• Email correspondence with clients and internal teams.
• Supporting daily back-office and administrative operations.
Required Skills
• Basic Computer Knowledge.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and Email.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work with accuracy and deadlines.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
Eligibility

• Graduate / Undergraduate.
• Knowledge of English and Hindi preferred.
Salary & Benefits
• Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Based on Experience)
