Job Role and Respansibilities:

• Handling and Monitoring of Security Alerts.

• Verifying alerts through live video feed or Image Wall.

• Closing all triggered alerts within defined Turn-Around-Time

(TAT).

• Highlighting repetitive false alerts to the Escalation Desk.

• Escalating any abnormal, suspicious activity, theft, or incident to the Critical Desk.

• Documenting customer audits and sharing with relevant stakeholders as per escalation matrix.
