§ Closing all triggered alerts within defined Turn-Around-Time (TAT).
§ Highlighting repetitive false alerts to the Escalation Desk.
§ Escalating any abnormal, suspicious activity, theft, or incident to the Critical Desk.
§ Documenting customer audits and sharing with relevant stakeholders as per escalation matrix.
Requirement
1. Education Qualification – Min. 12th Grade (HSC).
2. Basic computer knowledge is mandatory.
3. Good attention to detail with strong observation skills.
