Job Title: •Backend Executive•
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Backend Executive to support the telecalling/sales team by handling data management, documentation, and coordination. The candidate will ensure smooth backend operations and assist in processing customer information and applications.
Key Responsibilities:
WhatsApp Chat Support Team
1) Connect with interested customers received from the telecalling team.
2) Collect required documents from customers (PAN, Aadhaar, bank details, etc.).
3) Guide customers in completing the application process.
4) Follow up with customers for pending documents.
5) Maintain proper record of customers and documents in CRM/Excel.
6) Forward completed cases to the Login Team.
Login Team :
1) Check and verify documents received from WhatsApp support team.
2) Process and login customer applications in the partner/bank portal.
3) Ensure all documents and details are correct before login.
4) Track application status (approved / rejected / pending).
5) Coordinate with internal team or partners for smooth processing.
6) Update WhatsApp team or sales team about application status.
