We are looking for a hardworking and detail-oriented Backend Executive to support daily operations, documentation, data management, and coordination activities. The role requires strong organizational skills, computer knowledge, and the ability to handle backend office tasks efficiently.
Maintain and update company databases, spreadsheets, and records.
Handle backend documentation such as invoices, reports, agreements, and internal files.
Coordinate with internal teams (HR, Accounts, Operations, etc.) for data collection and task follow-ups.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports as required by management.
Support HR and admin tasks like employee records, attendance tracking, and documentation.
Manage email communication, follow-ups, and ticket handling.
Assist in backend processing for projects, vendor updates, and client coordination (non-customer facing).
Ensure accurate and timely entry of data.
Maintain high confidentiality and data security.
