Role Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Backend Executive to join our operations team at Rajendra Place, Delhi. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end logging, documentation, and processing of loan applications across multiple banking platforms. The ideal candidate will have prior experience navigating major banking portals, ensuring speed, accuracy, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Application Data Entry & Login: Accurately enter and upload customer data for various loan products (Personal Loans, Business Loans, etc.) onto partner bank portals.

• Portal Management: Efficiently manage and track applications through digital banking systems, with a heavy emphasis on ICICI Bank and HDFC Bank portals.

• Document Verification: Pre-screen and verify customer KYC, income proofs, and financial documents against bank guidelines before submission to minimize rejections.

• Status Tracking & Updates: Coordinate with sales teams and credit managers to track the real-time status of logged files and resolve any discrepancies or queries raised by the banks.

• Data Maintenance: Maintain up-to-date internal MIS sheets and logs of all processing stages from login to sanction/disbursal.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in a loan DSA, fintech, or banking backend environment.

• Platform Expertise: Prior experience handling ICICI Bank and HDFC Bank loan login portals is highly preferred.

• Technical Skills: Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, basic formulas) and data entry tools.

• Core Competencies: Strong attention to detail, ability to meet daily login targets, and clear communication skills for team coordination.

• Education: Graduate or Under-Graduate in any stream (relevant experience takes priority).
