Job Title: Backend Executive

Job Summary:

CredSet is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Backend Executive to support daily operational and administrative tasks. The candidate will be responsible for managing data, coordinating with internal teams, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth backend processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day backend operations and documentation.

• Maintain and update customer records, loan files, and MIS reports.

• Coordinate with sales and field executives for document verification and processing.

• Ensure proper data entry in CRM and internal systems.

• Follow up with customers for pending documents and approvals.

• Assist in loan processing and application verification.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

• Maintain confidentiality of company and customer data.

• Support management in operational tasks and compliance requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any stream.

• 1–2 years of experience in backend operations / finance / NBFC / loan processing (preferred).

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM software.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in loan processing, credit documentation, or financial services.

• Knowledge of KYC verification and compliance processes.

• Ability to work under deadlines.
