We are looking for a Backend Executive for IRCTC train ticket booking to join our team. The role involves updating accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems as required. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a ₹14,000 - ₹19,000 salary.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and handle corporate train ticket bookings through IRCTC.
Check train availability, fares, routes & schedules.
Manage ticket cancellation, refunds and modifications.
Coordinate with corporate clients for booking requirements.
Maintain booking records & ensure accurate passanger details.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 1 - 3 years of experience. Candidates must have strong attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, solid organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in IRCTC portal.
