We are looking for a detail-oriented Backend Executive to handle end-to-end loan application processing, document verification, and data tracking. The role requires strong coordination with sales, credit, and disburse teams, alongside managing daily and weekly MIS trackers in Excel.
Key Responsibilities
Loan Application Processing
Receive, log, and review loan application forms and customer kits.
Collect and verify KYC documents, bank statements, income proofs, and property/collateral papers.
Check credit bureau reports (such as CIBIL scores) and flag discrepancies early.
Coordinate files between the sales/field team, credit underwriters, and sanction desks.
Track loan files through login, verification, approval, and disbursement stages.
MIS & Data Management
Maintain and update daily, weekly, and monthly loan MIS trackers and dashboards.
Monitor login-to-disbursement ratios, pending queries (PI), and rejection/drop-off rates.
Generate regular reports on active files, turnaround times (TAT), and disbursement volumes for management.
Reconcile disbursement figures and transaction records (NEFT, RTGS, or cheques) with accounts.
Competencies:
High attention to detail and data accuracy.
Good written and verbal communication for inter-departmental follow-ups.
Ability to meet strict daily processing and reporting deadlines.
