Courier Collection Coordination:
o Schedule and manage courier collections for various clients across PAN India.
o Ensure timely coordination with the assigned FBOs for smooth pickup and delivery operations.
o Communicate with clients regarding the status of their scheduled courier collections and resolve any related issues promptly.
Tracking & Reporting:
o Maintain daily Excel sheets to track courier pickups and deliveries.
o Regularly update and review the shipment statuses, ensuring accurate data entry.
o Monitor and report on the delivery performance, including delays or issues related to shipments.
Client Communication:
o Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding all courier collection inquiries.
o Provide timely updates to clients on the status of their shipments and resolve any concerns.
FBO Coordination:
o Communicate and coordinate with FBOs to ensure efficient courier collection and delivery services.
o Ensure the smooth execution of daily operations by liaising with FBOs for timely pickups and deliveries.
Data Management:
o Maintain and update accurate records in Excel for all courier pick-ups and deliveries.
o Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review, ensuring all data is up-to-date and error-free.
Tracking Shipments:
o Regularly track shipments through the designated tracking system, ensuring all packages are moving as scheduled.
o Address any discrepancies, delays, or issues with shipments and take corrective actions.
