Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Backend Executive with prior experience in interior fit-outs and civil construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling documentation, coordinating between departments, assisting project teams, and ensuring smooth backend operations for timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and manage all project-related documentation including BOQs, quotations, client files, and vendor records.

Coordinate between design, procurement, accounts, and execution teams for daily workflow.

Support the preparation of work orders, project schedules, and vendor/contractor follow-ups.

Assist in preparing client proposals, presentations, and reports.

Keep track of materials, site updates, and execution timelines using internal tools or Excel.

Ensure proper filing of drawings, site reports, purchase orders, and bills.

Handle backend communication with clients, vendors, and site teams.

Work closely with the Client Service and Design teams to ensure all backend tasks are executed smoothly.

Required Qualifications:

Education: Diploma/Bachelor’s in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a backend/admin/project coordination role in interior/civil firms.

Strong knowledge of interior and civil workflows, materials, and documentation.

Excellent proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with AutoCAD, ERP, or project tracking tools is a plus.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of estimation and billing processes in interiors/civil.

Familiarity with vendor coordination, purchase entries, and invoice tracking.

Comfortable handling data, documentation, and communication with multiple stakeholders.
