We are looking for a Backend Operations Executive to join our team 4Syz Infotech Solutions Pvt Ltd The role involves order fulfillment, vendor and client co ordination, planning and scheduling dispatch, internal team co ordination, and inventory management. Efficiently, following processes, and performing tasks on time. The position offers In Hand Salary and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure that the dIndent is collated and entered in tool or given specific format ( google sheets)
Verify data accuracy, make corrections, and identify irregularities in a timely manner and also place orders to Vendors.
Ensure stocks arrive on time and plan dispatch to clients in time.
Maintain SLA and KPI .
Generate reports and summaries for internal teams to help in decision-making processes.
Maintain Inventory and stocks up to date.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma or Graduation and Experience Range between 6 months to 3 years. The role requires excellent attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Flexible attitude and commitment is required to manage operations role. Candidates must be open to a Working 6 Days from 9:30Am to 6:30Pm
