Ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Train and mentor team members to improve productivity
Handle escalations and resolve team or process issues
Maintain reports on performance, attendance, and output
Coordinate with management to implement company policies
Ensure quality standards and deadlines are met
Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
2–5 years of experience as a Team Leader or Senior Executive
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage people and handle pressure
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
Goal-oriented and organized approach
