We are currently seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Provisional Distribution Managers. The "Provisional" phase is a dedicated on-boarding period focused on enabling you to understand the insurance landscape, learn PNB MetLife’s world-class products, and build the foundation for a successful management career without the immediate pressure of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities & The "No Target" Advantage

Unlike traditional sales management roles in the industry, this position offers a unique start:

NO SALES TARGETS : We believe in investing in our people first. This period is designed for you to focus purely on learning the business, recruiting your team, and understanding the systems without the stress of immediate revenue targets.

Training & Development: Undergo intensive training on PNB MetLife products, processes, and sales techniques. Assist in training your newly recruited advisors.

Recruitment & Team Building: Learn the process of identifying, screening, and recruiting potential Insurance Advisors/Agents to build your own distribution team.

Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with your team of advisors, motivating them and helping them understand the value proposition of life insurance.

We are looking for candidates with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for people management.

Education: HS PASSED AND AVOBE

Minimum: Graduate in any stream from a recognized university.
