Lead and manage the travel operations team (drivers, coordinators, and customer support).
Oversee daily route planning, scheduling, and vehicle dispatching.
Maintain strong communication between management and field staff.
Handle team recruitment, training, and performance monitoring.
Resolve client issues, ensure high service standards, and manage feedback.
Coordinate with partners, vendors, and service centers for vehicle management.
Manage documentation, trip records, and reporting for smooth operations.
Support digital tracking and travel management tools integration.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in team handling or operations (preferably in travel, logistics, or transport).
Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
Knowledge of fleet management, route planning, and basic tech tools (Google Sheets, CRM, etc.).
Graduate or equivalent qualification; MBA preferred.
Ability to multitask under pressure and handle on-ground issues calmly.
