1. NSE & BSE Market Operations

• Monitor and manage daily NSE and BSE market-related activities.

• Handle daily market operations and ensure smooth execution of back-office processes.

• Perform trade scrutiny and verification of daily transactions.

• Identify and resolve trade-related discrepancies and operational issues.

• Ensure timely completion of all market-related activities.

2. EDP & Billing Operations

• Manage end-to-end EDP operations and billing activities.

• Handle daily client billing, brokerage calculations and other transaction-related charges.

• Verify billing accuracy and ensure timely processing.

• Monitor and resolve billing-related discrepancies.

• Ensure proper coordination between EDP, accounts and operations teams.

3. NSDL & CDSL / Depository Operations

• Handle day-to-day NSDL and CDSL operations.

• Monitor client securities-related transactions.

• Manage pledge and unpledge activities.

• Handle demat-related instructions and transaction processing.

• Ensure timely processing and reconciliation of depository transactions.

• Resolve discrepancies related to securities transfers and client holdings.

4. Settlement & Reconciliation

• Monitor daily settlement activities for NSE and BSE.

• Ensure timely pay-in and pay-out of funds and securities.

• Handle settlement-related reconciliation and exception reports.

• Monitor shortages and other settlement discrepancies.

• Coordinate with clearing corporations, depositories and internal departments.

5. Team Handling & Management

• Lead and supervise the EDP & Settlement team.

• Allocate daily responsibilities and monitor team performance.

• Guide and train team members on operational processes.

• Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues.

• Ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of daily activities.

• Implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance or a relevant field.

• 7–12 years of experience in the stock broking industry.

• Strong hands-on knowledge of NSE/BSE market operations.

• Practical experience in trade scrutiny and verification.

• Good knowledge of NSDL/CDSL operations.

• Expertise in pledge/unpledge processes.

• Experience in EDP billing and back-office operations.

• Good understanding of settlement and reconciliation processes.

• Must have prior experience in team handling and leadership.

• Strong analytical, coordination and problem-solving skills.

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 3 - 6+ years Experience.
