We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Staff Coordinator who will act as the central point of communication between the Managing Director, office team, and factory supervisors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth coordination across departments and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a liaison between the Managing Director, office staff, and factory team.
Coordinate daily operations and follow-ups to ensure timely task execution.
Maintain and update records related to production, staff attendance, deliveries, and administrative functions.
Prepare reports, minutes of meetings, and maintain internal documentation.
Assist in scheduling meetings, visits, and internal communication.
Ensure smooth office administration and support HR and accounts functions as needed.
