The candidate will primarily handle computer hardware, networking, system maintenance, and technical support. Along with this, the candidate will gradually take responsibility for software-related work. We will provide proper training for our software systems and applications, so extensive software experience is not mandatory

Key Responsibilities
Assemble, install, configure, and maintain desktop computers and laptops.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and peripheral-related issues.
Install and configure operating systems, drivers, printers, and other devices.
Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and basic networking issues.
Perform regular system maintenance and technical checks.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot software applications.
Provide day-to-day IT and technical support.
Maintain records of hardware, software, and IT equipment.
Learn and work on company-specific software and applications after training.
Assist in troubleshooting software and system-related issues.
Work closely with the team to improve and maintain our technology infrastructure.
Gradually develop knowledge of our FinTech platforms and business processes.
Required Skills
Good knowledge of computer hardware and peripherals.
Basic to good understanding of networking concepts such as LAN, IP addresses, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi.
Ability to install Windows, drivers, and common software applications.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Basic understanding of software and computer applications.
Good communication skills.
Strong willingness to learn new technologies and systems.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
