Key Responsibilities
1. Application Processing - Receive, review, and process visa applications
Verify accuracy and completeness of submitted documents.
Enter and update application details in the visa management system.
2. Document Verification & Assessment
Examine passports, financial documents, invitation letters, employment records, and other supporting papers.
Conduct background checks, including travel history and security clearances.
Identify fraudulent, incomplete, or suspicious applications.
3. Interviews & Communication
Conduct applicant interviews when required to assess eligibility.
Communicate with applicants regarding required documents, application status, or additional information.
Liaise with embassies, consulates, travel agencies, and government offices.
4. Compliance & Decision Making
Ensure all visa decisions comply with immigration laws, policies, and guidelines.
Recommend approval or rejection of visa applications based on assessment.
Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of decisions.
5. Customer Service
Provide guidance on visa application procedures and requirements.
Address queries through email, phone, or in person.

6. Administrative Duties
