Back Office Staff

We are looking for an experienced Railway Tender Executive with strong knowledge of the IREPS (Indian Railway E-Procurement System) portal to handle railway tendering processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Search and identify relevant railway tenders on the Indian Railways IREPS portal

Download and analyze tender documents

Prepare tender documents and ensure accurate submission

Upload bids on the IREPS portal within deadlines

Handle EMD, tender fee, digital signature certificate (DSC) processes

Coordinate with internal teams for quotation and documentation

Track tender status, corrigendum, technical & financial bid openings

Maintain tender records and MIS reports

Ensure compliance with railway tender rules and guidelines

Required Skills:

2–3 years experience in IREPS railway tender handling

Good knowledge of Indian Railways tender procedures

Experience in bid preparation & online submission

Knowledge of DSC and tender documentation

Good computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Email)

Strong attention to detail and deadline management

Good English communication skills

Professional email drafting and business letter writing

Ability to prepare official tender correspondence and documentation

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Professional client and vendor coordination ability

Qualification:

Graduate (Preferred)

Tender handling certification/experience preferred.
