Job Title: Seller Account Operator

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Seller Account Operator to manage and maintain seller accounts on IndiaMART, India's largest online B2B marketplace. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in managing online accounts, and have a strong understanding of B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain seller accounts on IndiaMART

- Ensure accurate product listings and catalog management

- Respond to seller queries and resolve issues promptly

- Upsell and cross-sell IndiaMART services to existing sellers

- Monitor and analyze seller performance metrics

- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets

- Identify opportunities to improve seller engagement and retention

Required Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Proficiency in managing online accounts and catalogs

- Familiarity with B2B sales and e-commerce platforms

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
