Job Description

Aman Refrigerator is looking for an organized and responsible Back Office Staff with good computer knowledge to manage daily administrative and office operations. The candidate will support the service and sales team by handling data entry, records, and customer coordination efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily office administrative work

• Data entry and record maintenance in computer systems

• Prepare invoices, bills, and service reports

• Maintain customer and service records

• Manage emails, calls, and customer inquiries

• Coordinate with technicians and service staff

• Maintain files and documentation

• Support billing, stock, and inventory updates

Requirements & Qualifications

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Word, Email)

• Good typing speed and accuracy

• Minimum 10+2 / Graduate preferred

• Previous office or back-office experience is an advantage

• Basic knowledge of billing and documentation
