Handle daily office administrative work
Data entry and record maintenance in computer systems
Prepare invoices, bills, and service reports
Maintain customer and service records
Manage emails, calls, and customer inquiries
Coordinate with technicians and service staff
Maintain files and documentation
Support billing, stock, and inventory updates
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Word, Email)
Good typing speed and accuracy
Minimum 10+2 / Graduate preferred
Previous office or back-office experience is an advantage
