About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Back Office Sales Executive / Telecaller who will connect with interested leads, generate meetings, and support our Solar & Financial Services business.

This role is ideal for candidates who are confident in communication and want to build a career in sales and customer handling.

Key Responsibilities

• Call and follow up on warm and generated leads

• Explain company services related to Solar Solutions & Financial Products

• Fix meetings for the field sales team

• Maintain daily call reports and lead updates in CRM

• Ensure proper lead qualification and follow-up

• Build and maintain positive customer relationships

• Coordinate with internal sales team for smooth closure

Skills Required

• Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)

• Confidence in speaking with customers on phone

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel / CRM entry)

• Strong follow-up and persuasion skills

• Target-driven and positive attitude

Eligibility

• Any Graduate / 12th Pass with experience

• Freshers with strong communication skills can apply

• Experience in Telecalling / Inside Sales / Customer Support preferred
