Job Profile: Back Office Sales /Marketing Coordinator

Company: TechSharp Hydraulic Solutions

Location: Unit 423, Raheja Tesla Industrial Park, Juinagar TTC Industrial Area, Navi Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare quotations, invoices, and delivery challans for customers.
Maintain and update sales records and customer details in Excel.
Follow up with customers regarding quotations and ensure timely responses.
Convert quotations into purchase orders by coordinating with clients.
Support the sales team with documentation and backend processes.
Coordinate with logistics and accounts for smooth order processing.
Ensure accurate record-keeping and proper documentation of all transactions.
Draft and respond to emails professionally for internal and external communication.
Assist in generating sales reports and performance tracking.

Requirements:

Strong skills in email drafting and professional communication.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and documentation tools.
Excellent follow-up and coordination skills.
Experience in sales coordination or a similar role preferred.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
