We are looking for a Back Office Sales Assistant to join our team at T-vision Services. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹ 14,000 - ₹ 20,000 and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Good communication skills. Preparing and processing quotations, and proforma invoices, Purchase Orders. Handling Calls. Following up on customer inquiries through phone, email, or messaging. Courier Tracking. Maintaining inventory records and coordinating stock availability. knowledge of Microsoft word & Excel.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 5 years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working.
