Eligibility Criteria
1. Good command of MS Office, especially MS Excel, including formatting and basic functions.
2. Knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, email management, and internet handling.
3. Reasonable communication skills.
4. Candidate should be a graduate with a minimum of 6 months of experience.
5. Candidate should preferably be a resident of Gurgaon. Applicants residing far away are requested not to apply.
6. Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe and other content creation tools will be an added advantage.
Job Responsibilities
1. Promote company products and services on social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, and manage bulk email campaigns for marketing purposes.
2. Handle the company WhatsApp account and official email ID to manage inbound customer queries and calls.
3. Candidate should have an active Instagram/Facebook profile or be willing to create one for marketing and promotional activities.
4. Formatting and editing Word documents as per company requirements.
5. Designing creatives for products and using them for promotional and marketing activities.
6. Coordinating with new customers for business development opportunities.
