About the Role: We are looking for a customer-focused Client Support Specialist specializing in General and Car Insurance. In this role, you will interact with policyholders and prospects, calculate accurate insurance quotes, explain coverage options, and manage scope changes or policy adjustments requested by clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Calculate and generate comprehensive insurance quotes for motor (car) and general insurance lines based on vehicle details, risk factors, and coverage needs.
Interact directly with clients via phone, email, or messaging to explain premiums, deductibles, add-ons (e.g., zero depreciation, roadside assistance), and terms.
Review client modification requests, discuss adjustments (IDV changes, coverage tweaks, discount applicability), and re-issue revised quotes.
Coordinate with underwriters and technical teams to confirm eligibility and resolve non-standard quotation requests.
Follow up on open quotations, guide clients through the policy issuance process, and log all client discussions in the CRM system.
