Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual with at least 1 year of experience in customer support. The role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, collecting feedback, and ensuring excellent service delivery across all communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
· 1 year of customer support or related experience.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi & English).
· Strong communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills.
· Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
