Job Role: Admin / Back Office Executive
Location: Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai

📝 Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and organize company records, files, and documents (both physical and digital).
Manage daily data entry tasks, prepare Excel reports, and handle basic accounts or billing support.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth office operations.
Handle emails, phone calls, courier management, and basic client communication.
Track inventory, office supplies, and assist with order dispatch tracking.
Provide administrative support to the management and sales team.
Schedule meetings, maintain attendance registers, and manage internal documentation.
💻 Required Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Good typing speed and accuracy in data entry.
Basic understanding of accounts or invoice formats is a plus.
Strong communication (verbal and written) and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
✅ Preferred Qualifications:
Graduate (B.Com, B.A., B.Sc., or equivalent).
Prior experience in a back office or admin role is preferred but freshers may also apply.
