We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Back Office cum Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle back-office operations, manage data entry tasks, assist with documentation, and communicate with customers to resolve queries. This role requires good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
Make outbound calls to customers for follow-ups, inquiries, or service-related communication.
Handle inbound calls and provide accurate information to customers.
Maintain a professional tone while communicating with clients.
Generate and qualify leads, maintain call logs, and update customer records.
Follow up on pending inquiries and ensure timely responses.
Perform data entry, documentation, and record maintenance.
Update internal systems, databases, and reports accurately.
Handle administrative tasks and maintain filing systems.
Assist in preparing reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Support the team in daily office operations and coordination work.
Good communication skills (Hindi, English, or regional language as required).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Email, Data Entry).
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Prior experience in telecalling or back-office work is an advantage.
