We are looking for a Back Office Operations to join our team at Victa Earlyjobs Technologies Private Limited. This role involves managing essential data processes, ensuring accuracy and providing administrative support. Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain data and ensure it is accessible for seamless operations.

• Verify information, spot data discrepancies and resolve promptly.

• Organize and manage both digital and physical records to optimize access.

• Assist in various administrative functions to support department efficiency.

• Generate and present reports to internal teams for informed decision-making.

• Handle all sensitive data with strict confidentiality.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 5 years of experience. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.

Training Details:

• Training Duration: 21–25 days (3 weeks)

• Training Stipend: ₹381 per working day

Shift Details:

• 9-hour shift (8 working hours + 1-hour break)

• Rotational shifts with rotational weekly off

Shift Timings:

• Female Candidates: Rotational day shifts between 6:00 AM and 8:00 PM

• Male Candidates: Rotational day and night shifts with applicable night shift allowance

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 0 - 5 years of experience.
