We are looking for a detail-oriented Back Office Executive to manage online surfing on e-commerce portals, handle account-related tasks, and support daily back-office operations. Key Responsibilities: Manage and update product listings on various e-commerce portals Perform regular online surfing to check pricing, competitors, and market trends Handle order processing, tracking, and coordination with vendors/customers Maintain records of sales, invoices, and transactions Assist in basic accounting tasks (billing, data entry, expense tracking) Prepare reports using Excel and other tools Support administrative and back-office operations Ensure data accuracy and proper documentation
