Job Overview

The Back Office Operations Executive will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the company. You will play a vital role in maintaining data accuracy, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring that all operational processes are executed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Management: Accurate data entry and meticulous maintenance of company records.

• Reporting: Preparing and updating MIS reports using MS Excel for management review.

• Team Coordination: Acting as a bridge between internal departments such as Sales and Logistics.

• Process Execution: Handling order processing, documentation, and tracking work status to ensure timely completion.

• Administrative Support: Managing day-to-day operational tasks to support the overall business workflow.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Graduate in any stream.

• Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers with strong Excel skills are welcome to apply).

• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) and basic computer operations.

• Soft Skills: Excellent coordination skills, high attention to detail, and a disciplined approach to task management.

Salary

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience).

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 0 - 3 years of experience.
