Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and share quotations, proforma invoices, and purchase orders

• Maintain accurate records of all documentation related to sales and purchases

• Follow up with customers for order confirmation and pending payments

• Coordinate with internal teams for timely dispatch and billing

• Support the accounting team with documentation needed for invoicing

• Assist in maintaining stock and order status reports

• Ensure timely and error-free data entry and file management

• Respond to basic client queries regarding order status and documentation

Job Requirements:

We are looking for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience, proficient in Data Entry/Back Office, and should have Graduate. Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently 1–3 years of relevant experience in a back office, admin, or sales coordination role

Experience in pump, mechanical, or engineering products will be an added advantage.
