Job Description – Back Office Operations Executive
Location: Chennai – Porur / Chettiar Agaram
Experience: 0–3 years
Qualification: Any Degree / B.Com preferred
Salary: ₹14,000–₹20,000 per month
Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations, purchase orders and proforma invoices.
- Prepare GST tax invoices and maintain billing records.
- Generate and track E-Way Bills.
- Coordinate with sales, accounts, logistics and site teams.
- Maintain customer and vendor records.
- Follow up on pending payments, orders and deliveries.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports and update office records.
- Handle emails, documentation and general back-office activities.
- Support the team in day-to-day office operations.
Skills Required
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Email.
- Basic knowledge of GST billing and documentation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Good attention to detail.
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
- Responsible, punctual and willing to learn.
- Freshers with good computer skills may apply.
