We are looking for a Back Office Operation to join our team NIMTT . The role involves managing the operations and HR admin role . With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a good in Hand Salary salary and many other facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and organize physical and digital records for easy access and retrieval.
Communicate with relevant teams to clarify and improve processes.
Verify the ongoing works and support systems
Ensure smooth operations.
Generate reports and summaries to aid internal decision-making processes.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Master Degree ( General stream) or BTech and min 2 years experience . Candidates must have strong attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, solid organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
