Customer Relationship Manager

Responsibilities:

✅ Build and maintain strong customer relationships and Bank Support staff relationships

✅ Resolve customer queries and provide effective solutions

✅ Promote loan products through Social Media

✅ Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

✔️ Minimum 10th/12th Pass, Diploma, or Graduate

✔️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

✔️ Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting

✔️ Willingness to complete file in system online and offline

✔️ Must own a mobile phone
