Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain all solar project documentation and paperwork

• Handle customer data entry, record updates, and file management

• Assist with solar subsidy portal, DISCOM documentation, and net metering uploads

• Provide backend support to the sales team (quotations, invoices, follow-ups)

• Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports – leads, installation status, order tracking

• Coordinate with vendors and clients for documentation and communication

• Create Excel reports using basic formulas (VLOOKUP, sorting, filtering, etc.)

• Share project documents with the installation team and track project progress

• Draft emails, scan/print documents, and maintain proper records

• Manage data in the company’s ERP/CRM software (if applicable)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: Graduate

• Basic knowledge of the solar industry (preferred)

• Strong skills in MS Excel, MS Word, and Email writing

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi

• Fast and accurate typing

• Responsible, well-organized, and able to support the team efficiently

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 6 months - 6+ years Experience.
