Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our immigration team. The ideal candidate will support the end-to-end immigration process, handle client documentation, and ensure smooth internal coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the processing of visa applications for countries like Canada, UK, Australia, etc.

• Collect and verify client documents as per immigration guidelines

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client files

• Coordinate with clients for missing documents and timely updates

• Work closely with the counselling and filing teams for seamless process flow

• Follow up with embassies, consulates, and external bodies if required

• Manage internal tracking systems and report progress to seniors

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of immigration and visa filing processes

• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati

• Attention to detail and strong organizational ability

• Proficient in MS Office and basic computer applications

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
