This role involves managing tender bidding processes and Government e-Marketplace (GeM) registration activities. Freshers are welcome, and we will provide comprehensive training to help you excel in this role!

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and assess tender opportunities relevant to the organization.

• Prepare and submit accurate tender documents within specified deadlines.

• Handle GeM portal registration, product/service listing, and compliance with GeM regulations.

• Collaborate with internal teams to collect required documentation for bids.

• Ensure adherence to tender requirements and government procurement guidelines.

• Track bid progress, outcomes, and follow-up actions.

• Maintain organized records of tender and GeM-related activities.

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of tender bidding and government procurement processes (preferred but not mandatory).

• Willingness to learn GeM portal operations and bidding procedures.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work under tight deadlines with a proactive attitude.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.

• Freshers are encouraged to apply; no prior experience required.
