We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Backend Executive – Loan Login Process to handle loan file processing, customer documentation, login preparation, and coordination with sales teams and banks/NBFCs. The candidate should have basic knowledge of loan documentation and must ensure timely login and accurate processing of loan files.
Collect loan documents from sales team/customers.
Check document completeness as per product checklist.
Prepare loan login files for bank/NBFC submission.
Maintain login status and ensure timely file movement.
Verify customer KYC documents (Aadhar, PAN, Voter ID, Passport).
Verify income documents (salary slips, bank statements, ITR, GST, balance sheet).
Verify residence and office address proofs.
Cross-check customer details in application form.
Update customer details in CRM/Excel/software.
Enter accurate loan application information.
Track file stages like login, pending, query, approval, disbursement.
Coordinate with Sales Team for missing documents.
Follow up with customers for pending papers.
Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for file status updates.
Handle bank queries and provide required documents quickly.
Maintain daily MIS reports for login and disbursement.
Update management on pending and rejected cases.
Track approval ratio and document deficiencies.
Ensure all documents are genuine and as per policy.
Maintain confidentiality of customer data.
Avoid errors in login to prevent rejections.
Knowledge of loan documentation and login process.
Good communication & coordination skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM tools).
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail.
Experience in loan processing/login from NBFC/DSA/Banks preferred.
Knowledge of Personal Loan / Business Loan / Home Loan / LAP will be an advantage.
Candidate should be smart, quick learner, and responsible.
