We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Manager to oversee and manage the administrative operations and support activities of our company. This role involves supervising back-office staff, improving processes, and ensuring the smooth execution of administrative, compliance, and data-related functions.
Team Management:
Lead and manage the back office team, including administrative staff, data entry operators, and support executives.
Train, motivate, and evaluate staff performance.
Allocate tasks and monitor workflow and productivity.
Process & Operations:
Streamline and optimize administrative processes.
Ensure accurate data management, documentation, and record-keeping.
Coordinate with front-office and cross-functional teams to support smooth operations.
Handle back-end support for sales, finance, HR, or customer service teams (as applicable).
Compliance & Reporting:
Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
Maintain data confidentiality and compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.
Prepare periodic reports and performance metrics for senior management.
Technology & Tools:
Oversee the implementation and use of software tools and systems for data processing and reporting.
Identify opportunities for automation and digital transformation in back-office functions.
Vendor & Resource Coordination:
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and third-party partners for support services.
Manage inventory, procurement, and resource allocation
