Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee back office operations and daily administrative activities

• Process sales orders and issue order acknowledgments

• Handle purchase orders and maintain related documentation

• Prepare invoices and coordinate with the accounts team

• Follow up with clients regarding orders and payments

• Respond to customer queries in a professional and timely manner

• Coordinate dispatch, delivery, and logistics activities

• Liaise with vendors and suppliers for smooth operations

• Maintain professional communication via email and telephone

• Knowledge of Tally Prime for bill entry and basic accounting support

• Good command of written and spoken English

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 6 years of experience. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
