Position: Back Office Executive
Company: WeVOIS Labs Pvt. Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor entire city operations digitally through the company portal.
Track daily work done percentage of field operations and ensure targets are achieved.
Coordinate with field employees for smooth execution of daily work.
Communicate with government bodies and provide necessary updates.
Prepare and maintain all required reports for authorities and stakeholders.
Manage manpower – in case of absenteeism, reassign responsibilities to ensure work continuity.
Ensure all data is updated accurately and reports are submitted on time.

Eligibility:

Minimum Graduate (any stream).
Strong knowledge of MS Excel (report making & analysis).
Good communication skills (verbal & written).
Decent personality and professional behavior.
Ability to coordinate with both field staff and government officials.
Prior experience in monitoring/operations preferred.
Team Handling and managing manpower.
