Job Responsibilities:
Handle room reservations, booking confirmations, modifications, and cancellations.
Manage reservations through calls, emails, OTAs, and direct bookings.
Handle guest queries and provide prompt, professional assistance.
Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, and other hotel departments.
Maintain room availability, rates, inventory, and reservation records.
Use PMS/CRS and OTA platforms for booking management.
Identify upselling opportunities and contribute to revenue generation.
Ensure a smooth and professional guest booking experience.
Requirements:
1–2 years of relevant experience in hotel reservations.
Strong communication and guest-handling skills.
Knowledge of PMS/CRS and OTA platforms preferred.
Good command of English.
Hotel Management qualification preferred.
Candidates with relevant Mumbai hotel experience will be considered.
