Key Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Document Production: Typing reports, correspondence, and other materials from dictation, handwritten notes, or scanned documents.
Data Entry: Transferring data from paper formats or audio recordings into digital files, spreadsheets, or database systems.
Proofreading & Editing: Checking documents for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and formatting errors before submission.
Administrative Support: Filing, scanning, photocopying, and organizing official documentation.
Meeting Documentation: Taking minutes, notes, and memos during meetings.
