Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Back Office Executive to support our welding rods manufacturing operations. The role involves documentation, data management, coordination with production, stores, dispatch, and sales teams, and maintaining accurate records to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily production, dispatch, and inventory records

• Prepare and update MIS reports (production, sales, stock, raw material)

• Handle purchase orders, invoices, delivery challans, and GRN entries

• Coordinate with production, quality, stores, and accounts departments

• Data entry in Excel / ERP / Tally (if applicable)

• Assist in raw material tracking (flux, wire, packaging material, etc.)

• Support sales and dispatch team with order processing

• Maintain proper documentation and filing (physical & digital)

• Follow up with vendors and transporters when required

• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of company data

Required Skills & Competencies

• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Email

• Basic understanding of manufacturing documentation

• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments

• Good communication and organizational skills

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Knowledge of Tally / ERP will be an advantage

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 1 - 4 years of experience.
