Back Office Executive

We are looking for a Back Office Executive to handle administrative and operational tasks. The candidate will support day-to-day office work, maintain records, and assist different departments to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update company records, documents, and databases.

• Handle data entry and prepare reports in MS Excel / MS Word.

• Assist the team with documentation, emails, and office coordination.

• Manage customer or client information and maintain proper records.

• Support different departments with administrative tasks.

• Ensure all back-office operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email handling).

• Good organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
