Job Description

Job Title: Back Office Executive (Calling + Backend Work)

Location: Indore (Scheme No. 140)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Experience: 0–1 Year (Freshers can apply)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Back Office Executive who will handle both calling and backend operations. The role requires good communication skills along with strong knowledge of Advanced Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle 50% calling work (client follow-ups, coordination, basic inquiries)

• Manage 50% back office tasks (data entry, reporting, documentation)

• Maintain and update records in Excel sheets

• Prepare MIS reports using Advanced Excel

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations

• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of tasks

•

Required Skills:

• Advanced Excel (Mandatory) – VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Basic Formulas

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic computer knowledge

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduate (Any stream)

Fresher or up to 1 year of experience

Immediate joiners preferred
