Job Summary

Afframe Enterprises is looking for a creative and skilled Back Office Executive cum Graphic Designer who has strong knowledge of Graphic Designing, MS Excel, and Computer Applications.

The candidate will be responsible for creating attractive digital creatives along with handling day-to-day back-office work, data management, reports, documentation, and other computer-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Designing – Primary Responsibility

• Design attractive social media posts, banners, posters, advertisements, brochures, and promotional creatives.

• Create creative content according to company requirements and branding.

• Develop designs for social media, WhatsApp marketing, digital promotions, and business campaigns.

• Edit images, resize creatives, and make design modifications as required.

• Maintain consistency in design quality, fonts, layouts, and branding.

• Work on Canva, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or other graphic designing software.

Back Office & Computer Work

• Maintain and update company records and databases.

• Prepare MS Excel sheets, reports, and MIS.

• Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of information.

• Handle emails, documentation, and routine office work.

• Prepare presentations and business-related documents.

• Maintain proper records and files.

• Coordinate with the management and other departments for daily requirements.

Required Skills

⭐ Strong Graphic Designing Skills – Must Have
⭐ Good knowledge of Canva / Photoshop / CorelDRAW
⭐ Good knowledge of MS Excel
⭐ Good Computer & Internet Knowledge
⭐ Creative thinking and an eye for design
⭐ Good typing and data-entry skills
⭐ Basic knowledge of MS Word & PowerPoint
⭐ Good communication and coordination skills
⭐ Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Qualification & Experience

• Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

• Experience: 0–2 years preferred

• Candidates with strong Graphic Designing skills will be given preference.

• Freshers with good designing and computer skills can also apply.

Salary

₹8000 – ₹9000 per month, depending on skills and experience.

Working Hours

Full-Time | Monday to Saturday
